Website Service Terms
Inquiry status
A website form, email, call, or other inquiry is not an accepted job, contract, bid, booking, dispatch, property transaction, quote, or payment obligation.
Verification and acceptance
Any engagement is subject to identity, authority, scope, economics, capacity, provider, insurance, licensing, registration, property-right, cargo, compliance, and document checks applicable to the service. Acceptance must be confirmed in writing by an authorized party.
Real estate
KJZ does not provide legal, tax, lending, appraisal, or brokerage advice. Property control, title, contract rights, values, repairs, occupancy, buyer interest, and closing terms require independent verification.
Government contracting
Opportunity information and support do not guarantee eligibility, responsiveness, responsibility, submission, award, performance acceptance, invoicing, or payment.
Construction and plaster
Provider qualification, licensing or HIC requirements, permits, insurance, site conditions, scope, schedule, and change orders are verified or documented as applicable before work is represented as approved.
Courier, freight, and logistics
Cargo restrictions, declared contents and value, vehicle or equipment fit, provider authority, insurance, capacity, pricing, payment terms, and KJZ's legal role must be confirmed before acceptance. KJZ does not hold itself out as a motor carrier, freight broker, or freight forwarder unless the applicable authority is verified and disclosed.
